Iredell County’s tax roll lists 38 parcels here, about 320 acres, under his trust, a holding company, and his own name. USA Today counted 140 acres in 2009; the deeds run from August 2002 to January 2026.

The county dates the main house to 2008, on a tract deeded to his trust in March 2005. USA Today called it a modular farmhouse in 2009, “executive-worthy but far from lavish,” and said it predated his purchase.

The replica Western town has a saloon, a jail with 2 working cells, and a church with a 75-foot steeple. USA Today reported 18 go-karts in a vintage service station and a 6-hole golf course in 2009.
