Dolly Parton's House

Dolly and her husband purchased this 70+ acre property back in the 70s and built their home in 1972. They bought the neighboring home in 1999 for $400,000. It's now worth over double that! The Zillow pic does not do it, justice people. Parton’s Brentwood home is absolutely stunning. I love a good upper-level patio and well-manicured gardens and this estate just meets it all. There’s a huge tennis court on the property, guest homes, a gazebo, a gorgeous pond and the longest driveway you’ve ever seen in your life. Plus, it’s uber private and a perfect fit for my all-time favorite country singer, ever.
