Drake's House

Toronto rapper who broke out as Jimmy Brooks on Degrassi before the 2009 mixtape So Far Gone launched his music career. Billboard named him Artist of the Decade for the 2010s.

The Tuscan style house went up in 2001 for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano, high in the hills above Benedict Canyon among mature oaks and olive trees.

KAA Design Group drew the plans, and the original interiors ran Old World Mediterranean. Robbie Williams bought the place in 2015 and swapped them for contemporary rooms.

Williams and his wife, Ayda Field, sold the compound to Drake in spring 2022. She had shown the house often on her Instagram during their 7 years there.

Drake took title through an entity called 11Kip, LLC, with a Bank of America mortgage. At the time, only Bel Air's The One had sold for more in Los Angeles that year.

Barely a year after moving in, Drake put the estate on the market in May 2023. After 2 years unsold, he offered it for rent in January 2025.

The estate had not sold by May 2026. The county's current roll still lists Drake's 2022 purchase as the last change in ownership on record.
