Garth Brooks & Trisha Yearwood's House

Goodlettsville, TN

The Story

Garth Brooks has sold more albums than any solo act in US history. Trisha Yearwood, the voice of “She’s in Love with the Boy” and a Food Network host, married him in 2005.

Davidson County parcel rolls show more than 40 tracts around Campbell Road, Dry Creek Road, and Brick Church Pike, at least 700 acres, held by trusts that mail to a single Nashville business office.

The core tract, 19.8 acres the deed books call Lot 1 of the Richard Fulton Subdivision, has sat in Garth's legal first name, Troyal, since a December 2001 quitclaim deed.

The main house was built for them rather than bought. Garth has said they built it the way Trisha wanted, and the couple marked their first Christmas in it in 2018.

Goodlettsville straddles the Davidson and Sumner county line, but every tract here files on the Davidson side, in Metro Nashville's parcel rolls. The earliest deed dates to 1993, the newest to 2025.

When touring shut down in March 2020, a request-driven Facebook show from their home studio, Studio G, drew 5.2 million viewers in hours. CBS aired a special from the same room on April 1.

Their honky-tonk, Friends in Low Places, opened at 411 Broadway in February 2024. The third floor's private rooms were designed to echo the feel of Garth and Trisha's own home.
