Hayden Panettiere's House (former)

On camera from 11 months old, Hayden Panettiere played Heroes’ indestructible cheerleader, then country star Juliette Barnes on Nashville, earning 2 Golden Globe nominations. She died in South Carolina in August 2026, at 36.

The house went up new in 2012 behind a remote-operated gate, wired so the lights, music, and security all ran from a mounted iPad. A sauna and a heated pool sat out back.

The lot is half of an older Overton Hills homesite. Davidson County’s parcel roll carries the pair as Lot 1 and Lot 2, 0.56 acres apiece, one deeded to its current owner in September 2018.

Hayden was a year into playing Juliette when she bought here in 2013 with her then-fiancé, heavyweight champion Wladimir Klitschko. When the series ended in 2018, the house went on the market within weeks.

She put in a nursery for her daughter Kaya and gave the dining room an underwater theme, from the wallpaper to a chandelier shaped like a sea urchin. An aquarium rounded out the motif.

These were the years her 2026 memoir This Is Me: A Reckoning returns to. She said she stopped being able to tell where Juliette started and where she herself ended.

The Bluebird Cafe, the songwriters’ listening room at the heart of the show, is a Green Hills neighbor. The production built an exact replica of it on a soundstage, Writers’ Rounds and all.
