Jennifer Lopez's House (former)
Hidden Hills, CA
The Story
Jennifer Lopez went from Fly Girl dancer on In Living Color in 1991 to movie star with Selena in 1997. Her 1999 debut album, On the 6, gave her a Billboard chart-topper in “If You Had My Love.”
Lopez and then-husband Marc Anthony bought the estate in 2010. After their divorce was final in 2014, she put it up for sale in early 2015.
Upscale Living described Lopez’s estate as a traditional-style main house joined by a breezeway to a separate wing of dance and recording studios, a 20-seat theater, and a beauty salon. It stood in the gated city’s Ashley Ridge section.
The two-building estate Lopez sold was torn down and replaced. The Los Angeles County Assessor now shows a single main house on the lot, built in 2023, and logged a change in ownership in 2024.
The developer behind Rolling Hills began building here in 1950, and Leo Gorcey of the Dead End Kids bought the first model home. Residents incorporated in 1961 rather than be annexed by Los Angeles.
The sale took about 2 years. The price was cut more than once and the house came off the market for a stretch before a relaunch in late 2016, with a buyer closing in 2017.
Lopez came back to the same gated city in February 2025, buying a horse property with a barn, stables, and a riding arena, according to TMZ.
