Jessie James Decker's House
Nashville, TN
The Story
Country-pop singer whose 2009 debut single “Wanted” went gold. Her reality show with former NFL receiver Eric Decker, Eric & Jessie: Game On, premiered in 2013, the year they married.
Architect Ron Farris drew up the house and builder Worcester Bryan finished it in 2011. The Italian-style kitchen had been redone by 2023, and the pool out back runs on geothermal heat.
Davidson County pins the gated grounds at 2.93 acres in Bridle Path Estates, an Oak Hill subdivision where neighboring parcels run from about 2 to more than 12 acres. The county’s current appraisal reads $8.9M.
The deed on the county roll dates to March 2019, when the Deckers bought in. The owner of record is the Chandandler Bong Trust, its name a riff on a Friends punchline.
Jessie told People in May 2019, “We keep saying this is the forever home, and it’s every dream we’ve ever had.” By January 2023 the couple was asking $10.3M for it anyway.
No sale followed. In late 2024 Jessie told Fox News the family was staying in Nashville, her home base since 2007, saying “unless we’re going to Italy, we’re not going anywhere.”
Jessie’s Kittenish clothing line, started online in 2014, opened its first storefront at 304 11th Ave S in 2019. She called landing the space “a dream come true.”
