Jimmy Fallon joined the Saturday Night Live cast in 1998, took over Late Night in 2009, and has hosted The Tonight Show since February 2014.

New York's tax parcel record for Sagaponack dates the main house to 2001. Gawker, writing up the sale in June 2011, described a farmhouse built in the 1850s.

Town of Southampton maps put this parcel inside a subdivision filed in November 1973 and inside the town's agricultural overlay. Its residence zone now sets a minimum lot of nearly 3 acres; this one has 2.2.

Town records show a sale recorded here on June 23, 2011, and no transfer since. Gawker reported the next day that Fallon was closing on a Sagaponack spread with 2 barns and an apple orchard.

Fallon taped The Tonight Show from home through the 2020 lockdown, and Hello magazine placed those broadcasts at this house, tunnel slide and drum kit in shot.

In October 2017 Fallon pulled his truck over in Sagaponack for a woman walking from the beach, soaked and sandy, and gave her a lift. Dan's Papers ran her account.

The tax record places the parcel in the Sagaponack school district, whose red schoolhouse went up in 1885 for $300. The East Hampton Star counted it among fewer than 400 one-room schools still running.
