Martina McBride's House

Country hitmaker known for “Independence Day” and “A Broken Wing.” She has 4 CMA Awards for Female Vocalist of the Year and 14 Grammy nominations without a win.

The two-story brick house went up around 1920 on a 4.4-acre lot along Franklin Pike. A finished basement runs beneath it, built around a line of fireplaces.

Outside, the grounds hold a swimming pool with a cabana and deck, a private tennis court, and a long driveway leading back to the garage.

Martina’s husband, John, was a young sound engineer when they moved to Nashville in 1989. He went on to run tour production for Garth Brooks, one of country’s biggest touring acts.

She has told Billboard the house feels “like someone giving you a warm hug” once she is off the road.
