Miley Cyrus's House
Franklin, TN
The Story
Miley Cyrus, Franklin-born child star turned pop chameleon: Hannah Montana at 13, then “Wrecking Ball,” then Record of the Year at the 2024 Grammys for “Flowers.”
The farmhouse is newer than it looks: built around 2014, with a 30-foot living room under a beamed ceiling and a country kitchen backed in reclaimed brick.
The 33.5 mostly wooded acres sit at the end of a private dirt lane outside Franklin. A second barn-style building was pitched at sale as a possible recording studio.
Miley picked it up in August 2017, a homecoming buy: she grew up on her family’s 500-acre farm in the same county before Hollywood took her west at age 11.
Miley married Liam Hemsworth here on December 23, 2018, weeks after the Woolsey Fire burned their Malibu house. Only family attended, including his brothers Chris and Luke.
She let it go quietly in September 2022, off market, to Matthew Frauenshuh, head of the country’s largest Dairy Queen franchisee. It was the Nashville area’s second-priciest home sale that year.
