Miranda Lambert's House

Grammy-winning country singer behind “Kerosene,” “Gunpowder & Lead,” and “The House That Built Me.” She has won more Academy of Country Music Awards than any other artist in the show’s history.

The Duck River crossing northwest of Williamsport dates to 1802, when Captain John Gordon opened a ferry and trading post there with Chickasaw chief William Colbert.

Gordon’s brick house went up in 1818 while he was away on campaign, so his wife, Dolly, oversaw the build. She ran the farm until 1859, and the ferry lasted until an 1896 bridge.

Lambert's 400-acre farm came with 3 separate residences: 2 log-style cabins and a workshop with its own loft and kitchen.

Lambert and Brendan McLoughlin married on this farm in January 2019. She wanted it private, having had a first wedding that was huge and, like the divorce after it, entirely public.

Her “Settling Down” video was filmed at the farm and released in October 2020, with McLoughlin co-starring. She rides a horse across her own pasture in it.

Lambert also owns Casa Rosa, a 4-floor Tex-Mex cantina on Broadway in downtown Nashville. It opened in March 2021 and has live music every day.
