Nicole Brown Simpson's House (former)
Los Angeles, CA
The Story
Nicole Brown Simpson was born in West Germany in 1959 and raised in Southern California. She divorced OJ Simpson in 1992, after 7 years of marriage, and was raising their 2 children.
The condo had not been significantly renovated as of 2016, and it sat empty for 2 years before it sold again in 1997.
The house number on Bundy Drive was changed sometime after 1994. Older press accounts from that year still cite the original one, which is no longer accurate.
Newly divorced, she drove a white Ferrari and often went dancing with friends. She also ran a small interior design business whose only clients were her ex-husband and his friends.
Nicole and Ron Goldman were killed outside her condominium on the night of June 12, 1994, an event that led to OJ Simpson’s trial for murder.
Ron was a 25-year-old acquaintance who came to return sunglasses Nicole’s mother left at a restaurant that evening. A neighbor’s dog drew attention shortly after midnight, leading to the discovery of both bodies.
