Ronnie Dunn's House (former)

Nashville, TN

The Story

Ronnie Dunn partnered with Kix Brooks for 3 decades as Brooks & Dunn, the duo behind “Boot Scootin’ Boogie.” The Country Music Hall of Fame inducted him in 2019.

Dunn and his wife, Janine, bought this 16-acre spread in 1996.

The estate is known in the press as Parkview Farm, a horse property with its own barn, riding arena, and full greenhouse.

The main house carries a Southern-mansion look, with tall columns and plantation-style shutters that one write-up likened to the ranch house on Dallas.

Old Hickory Boulevard, the road out front, is named for Andrew Jackson’s nickname, “Old Hickory.” The road once looped almost all the way around Nashville before Percy Priest Lake cut through it.

Ronnie and Janine sold the farm in 2021, ending 25 years of Dunn family ownership.
