Todd Chrisley's House (former)

Todd Chrisley is the sharp-tongued patriarch of “Chrisley Knows Best,” the USA Network reality show that ran 10 seasons from 2014 to 2023 and moved its cameras from Atlanta to Nashville.

The house sits in Annandale, a 221-acre gated community with entrances on Cloverland Drive and Old Smyrna Road. Builders have filled its 180 homesites around a 14-acre central park since 2006.

Old Smyrna Road traces to a 640-acre land grant James Sneed received for Revolutionary War service in 1798. His family built 4 houses along it, including Windy Hill, from about 1825.

Todd and his wife, Julie, bought the place in 2019, remodeled, and had it back on the market within months asking $4.75M. No buyer bit, and the family stayed put.

Both were convicted of federal bank fraud and tax evasion charges in 2022. The house sold in an off-market deal in April 2023, a few months after they entered prison.

President Trump signed pardons for the couple on May 28, 2025. Todd walked out of a Pensacola prison camp that evening, about 2 years after the Brentwood house changed hands.
