Davante Adams's House

Wide receiver who led the NFL in touchdown catches in 2020 during 8 Green Bay seasons, then became the league's highest-paid receiver when the Raiders traded for him in 2022. He grew up in East Palo Alto.

The house is Toll Brothers' Torrey, the Italianate model among the 95 homes in Iron Oak, the last section built at Alamo Creek. Lots there run from a third of an acre to over half an acre.

Contra Costa County's parcel roll dates the house to 2016, lot 586 of Tract 9037, and shows a single deed recorded on it, in May 2018. Nothing has been recorded against the parcel since.

Alamo Creek began as a Shapell project. Toll Brothers inherited it through the $1.6B purchase of Shapell's homebuilding arm announced in 2013; the county's deed date on the tract's 257-acre parent parcel is February 4, 2014.

Adams was unpacking boxes and rearranging furniture here in the days before his June 2018 wedding to Devanne Villarreal at Pebble Beach, per a Bleacher Report profile. The deed had recorded on May 31.

The family moved to Las Vegas after the March 2022 trade to the Raiders, and Adams has since played for the Jets and, from March 2025, the Rams. No sale of the Danville house has been recorded.

East Palo Alto, where Adams grew up, sits across the bay on the Peninsula. He set up a permanent youth fitness program at its YMCA in 2021 and renovated grandmother Bettie's house for a 2023 CBS makeover show.
