Davante Adams's House: The Ridges in Las Vegas, and the Danville House He Kept

Davante Adams has played for three NFL teams in four and a half years, after eight seasons in Green Bay, and the houses have not kept up. The Packers traded him to the Las Vegas Raiders in March 2022. The Raiders traded him to the Jets on October 15, 2024. The Jets released him the following March, and on March 9, 2025, he signed a two-year deal with the Los Angeles Rams, where he led the league with 14 touchdown catches in 2025 and played into the NFC Championship game. Sean McVay said in February 2026 that he "absolutely" expects Adams back for the 2026 season, with one year left on the contract.

So where does he live? The honest answer, as of September 4, 2026, is that the two houses on the public record are both in places he no longer plays. One is a desert-contemporary house in The Ridges, the guard-gated village on Summerlin's western rim in Las Vegas, which he put up for sale after leaving the Raiders and which the Clark County Assessor still shows in the hands of the Nevada company that bought it on March 28, 2022. The other is the house in Danville, California, across the bay from where he grew up, which he bought a few days before his 2018 wedding and has never sold. Where he sleeps during a Rams season is not in any record we can cite.

The Las Vegas house is the one people mean when they search. It backs onto a Jack Nicklaus course, and its deed recorded 11 days after the trade was announced. The address stays behind the ropes; the parcel, the chain of title, and the map pin are on Davante Adams's Las Vegas home profile.

Desert the Hughes heirs held for 50 years

The ground under the house was Howard Hughes's before it was anyone's. Hughes bought the scrub along the western edge of the Las Vegas valley in 1952, somewhere between 25,000 and 30,000 acres depending on whether you ask the Las Vegas Sun or the company, and it sat empty through his lifetime. His heirs named the master plan Summerlin, after his grandmother, and opened The Ridges in 2000 as its guard-gated village at the foot of Red Rock Canyon, where a design board still rules on every house and there are no streetlights at all, so the desert stays dark at night and quail, tortoises, and the odd bobcat wander through.

Adams's lot was cut out of that plan late. The county's ownership history for the parcel starts on November 3, 1998, when Howard Hughes Properties took title to a 2,053-acre tract, the parent of the whole neighborhood. The lot itself is lot 49 on the developer's filed map for this corner of the village, which is why no house could stand on it before that map existed. It first changed hands as bare ground on March 1, 2005, then passed through four owners as an empty lot over the next 12 years until a buyer took it in January 2017. The first transfer at house scale came in December 2020, and the records we read are silent on who designed it.

Eleven days after the trade

In the second week of March 2022 the Review-Journal's luxury real estate column reported social media chatter that Davante Adams, then still a Green Bay Packer, had bought in The Ridges. The column noted that a house on the street was under contract for $11.99M to an undisclosed buyer, due to close March 28. The Raiders trade was announced on Thursday, March 17, which, the paper wrote, gave "some credence to the buzz." The assessor's record closed the loop as far as a record can: on March 28, 2022, title passed to a Nevada limited liability company, and the county's sales list shows it as the only recorded sale the parcel has ever had. Buying through a company is how a buyer keeps his own name off the public roll, so the county shows the company and not Adams, and the tie between the two rests on the Review-Journal's reporting, the agent who later put it up for sale as his, and the legacy record we imported.

By that account Adams played two and a half seasons out of that house.

Then came the Jets trade in October 2024, and Taco Bell, which had built its commercials since 2022 on the premise that he had a working Taco Bell inside his Las Vegas home, marked the occasion by posting a fake Opendoor sale page for the place the same day, complete with a full-time employee named Todd and the promise that "fire sauce packets will come in every drawer." The real sale followed. He put the house on the market in 2025 asking $17.5M, and on February 18, 2026, the price came down to $14.9M. The sales copy sells the three-story floating staircase, the black exterior, and the marble floors.

It also sells the course behind the house under a name the county does not use. The fairway out back is Bear's Best Las Vegas, the Nicklaus replica course that opened with The Ridges in 2000. The Review-Journal reported its sale for $30.5M in April 2024 to Mulligan Holdings, and its closure to the public on June 22, 2025, to be rebuilt as a private club. The sales copy calls the club Amara. The county still calls it Bear's Best.

The Danville house, across the bay from where he grew up

The other house is the one that predates all of it. Adams grew up in East Palo Alto, on the Peninsula side of the bay, and in the spring of 2018 he bought a new house across the water in Danville, on the county side of the town line in a Toll Brothers section called Iron Oak at Alamo Creek. Bleacher Report caught him there that summer, unpacking boxes and moving furniture in the days before he married Devanne Villarreal at Pebble Beach in June. The deed had recorded on May 31. The county's parcel roll still shows that one deed and nothing since; there is no sale on the record. Its story, and the map pin, are on Davante Adams's Danville home profile.

Alamo Creek began as a Shapell project at the east end of Camino Tassajara, the road that runs out of Danville toward the ranch country of the Tassajara Valley. Toll Brothers bought Shapell's homebuilding arm in a $1.6B deal announced in November 2013, and Contra Costa County's deed date on the 257-acre parent parcel of the tract is February 4, 2014, the same month the purchase closed. Iron Oak was the last section built, 95 houses on lots of a third to over half an acre. Adams's house is one of the builder's Italianate models, and the county roll dates it to 2016, two years before he bought it. The valley east of the subdivision is still grazing land, held outside the county's urban limit line since 2000, which is why the hills behind Iron Oak are open.

He has kept the East Palo Alto tie the whole time. In 2021 he funded a permanent youth fitness program at the city's YMCA, and in September 2023 he went back with a CBS makeover show to renovate his grandmother Bettie's house, the one where he slept in the den from seventh grade through eleventh. That house is hers, and it stays off our map.

The De Pere house he sold on the way out

There was a Wisconsin house too, and it is the only one of the three that has changed hands. During his Packers years Adams bought a brick house in De Pere, the suburb south of Green Bay, in April 2019. It had been built in 2015. Brown County land records logged the sale on June 28, 2022, three months after the Raiders trade, and the Green Bay Press-Gazette reported it the next day. Another family lives there now, which is why this article names the suburb and nothing closer.

What the county rolls say

Two assessor's records carry this article, and we pulled both ourselves on September 4, 2026.

• Clark County, Nevada. The parcel's ownership history runs from Howard Hughes Properties in November 1998 through four bare-lot owners to the March 28, 2022, transfer to the LLC. That LLC is still the owner of record. The sales list shows the 2022 sale as the parcel's only recorded sale, and no transfer has recorded since. Silence on a roll is not a sale, and the house being on the market does not change who holds title. We will flip the profile to a former home when a deed records, not before.
• Contra Costa County, California. The parcel roll says the house was built in 2016 and has changed hands once, on a deed dated May 31, 2018, with nothing filed against it since. The roll carries no owner name, so the tie to Adams rests on the deed date matching the Bleacher Report profile and on the legacy record we imported.

Neither record says where he lives this season.
