Davante Adams's House

Las Vegas, NV

The Story

Davante Adams has caught NFL passes since the Packers drafted him in 2014, and he is the only player to lead the league in receiving touchdowns with 3 different teams. Raiders from 2022 to 2024, Jets, then Rams.

Howard Hughes bought 25,000 acres of desert out here in 1952. His heirs named the ground Summerlin after his grandmother, Jean Amelia Summerlin, and the first family moved in during 1991.

The Ridges opened in 2000 as a 793-acre custom-lot enclave on the far western edge, and Forbes called it the third most exclusive gated community in America in 2003.

Assessor records trace this lot to a 2,053-acre Howard Hughes Properties tract deeded in November 1998. The Parcel E plat cut it out, and it passed through 4 owners as bare ground from 2005 to 2017.

Title moved to a Nevada LLC on March 28, 2022, 11 days after the Packers traded Adams to the Raiders. The Review-Journal had already reported the sports-writer buzz about his purchase in The Ridges.

Adams put the house on the market after leaving Las Vegas, first asking $17.5M. He trimmed that to about $15M in February 2026 through agent Gavin Ernstone, and it was still unsold that summer.

The Jack Nicklaus replica course behind the house sold for $30.5M in April 2024 to Mulligan Holdings. Bear's Best closed to the public on June 22, 2025, to be rebuilt as the private Amara Golf Club.
