Jay Cutler & Kristin Cavallari's House (former)

Kristin Cavallari first became known in 2004 on “Laguna Beach,” then “The Hills,” before headlining her own reality series from 2018 to 2020. She also runs the jewelry and home line Uncommon James.

Williamson County was carved from Davidson County in 1799, named for Hugh Williamson, a Revolutionary War physician. Farmland made it Tennessee’s third richest county before the Civil War, and it stayed rural until the 1960s.

Cavallari and her then husband, Jay Cutler, bought the Franklin property in 2018, 10 acres at first. They added the neighboring 35 acres soon after, bringing the farm to 45 acres total.

The couple filmed their reality series at the farm from 2018 to 2020, the years they lived there as a family.

Cutler kept the farm in the divorce settlement and stayed on. He put it back on the market in 2023, with a gym and a sauna added since, and sold it in July 2024.
