Knoxville-raised country-pop star. At 21, “Love Me Like You Mean It” made her the first solo woman since Carrie Underwood to launch a country career with a No. 1 debut single.

County maps record the lot as Lot 59 of the Bryan and Amy Shaffer combination plat, a 0.63-acre merger nearly twice the size of the Park View Subdivision parcels around it.

The deed has rested with the Rose Trust since the week the 2024 sale closed. Metro's address file adds a 2nd point on the parcel: a pool out back.

Kelsea Ballerini and her then-husband, Australian country singer Morgan Evans, left a downtown Nashville apartment for this house in late 2020, around their 3rd wedding anniversary. She told People they were “nesting.”

She bought the place from its builder and, with designer Lindsay Rhodes, ran wallpaper through room after room. The Spruce toured the self-described maximalist's house in October 2022.

She filed for divorce in August 2022. Under an October 24 settlement, both moved out, an agreed-upon agent put the house on the market, and the divorce was final November 15.

On the Call Her Daddy podcast in 2023, Ballerini said Evans was “taking half the house that he didn't pay for.” He answered she was “saying things that aren't reality.”
