Kelsea Ballerini's House (former)

Nashville, TN

The Story

Country-pop singer whose first 3 singles, “Love Me Like You Mean It,” “Dibs,” and “Peter Pan,” all topped country airplay. No new female artist had done it before.

A deed filed in April 2015 organized the new building, The Centennial Lofts II, into 10 residences around a shared half-acre a few blocks off West End Avenue.

The Centennial in the name is the park nearby: a state fairground, then an 1884 to 1895 racetrack, then home of the 1897 Tennessee Centennial Exposition that raised the plaster Parthenon.

Kelsea bought the unit in 2016, at age 23, while her debut album The First Time was still spinning off those hits. Variety broke the purchase story in 2017.

Cameras came in once her online decorating firm finished: reclaimed wood around the fireplace, black guitars hung over the kitchen, and a music room she called “my favorite room in the world.”

Morgan Evans proposed on Christmas morning 2016, dropping to a knee in the kitchen while she burned pancakes. They married on a beach in Cabo San Lucas the next year.

The county roll has carried NASHLONG, LLC as owner since April 2019, when the unit changed hands by quitclaim with no price recorded. The company's mailing address is the condo itself.
