Luke Bryan's House

Luke Bryan left Leesburg, Georgia for Nashville in 2001 and has landed 30 number 1 singles across his first 10 albums. He has judged American Idol since 2018.

Nashville designer Chad James took the job in 2012 with one brief from Luke: make the farm feel like Blackberry Farm, the East Tennessee resort where James had spent childhood Thanksgivings.

The guesthouse went up first so the family could live on site through roughly 2 years of construction. A path leads from the screened porch down to a catfish pond.

The Bryans named the property Red Bird Farm for Luke’s older sister Kelly, who died unexpectedly in 2007. His wife, Caroline, remembered her as “the best mom to ever walk this earth.”

In July 2017 Caroline announced Brett’s Barn, named for her niece Brett Boyer, who died at 7 months old earlier that year. A white pony named Kilo keeps a promise Caroline had made her.

The barn now shelters more than 20 rescues, llamas and kangaroos included, and event proceeds go to the Brett Boyer Foundation, which funds research into congenital heart disease.

In downtown Nashville, Luke’s 32 Bridge Food + Drink opened at 301 Broadway in 2018. The name comes from the Route 32 bridge over the Flint River in his native Georgia.
