Political commentator and host from Rapid City, South Dakota, who broke out with her direct-to-camera “Final Thoughts” videos. She joined Fox News in 2017 and hosts “Tomi Lahren Is Fearless” on OutKick.

The cottage went up in 2014, half of a matched pair on a shared quarter-acre lot. A master deed recorded in August 2013 split the site into 2 units and a common yard.

12South was farmland along Granny White Pike until land companies ran a streetcar line out the pike around 1900 and platted subdivisions beside it.

Lahren closed on it at the start of April 2020, and the deed is in her own name, not an LLC. Davidson County's parcel roll still lists her as the owner.

She announced the buy on Instagram: “They call me a lot of things, might as well add ‘Nashville homeowner' to the list.” She spent lockdown broadcasting Fox Nation shows from the living room.

In May 2021 the Tennessee House passed a resolution sponsored by Representative William Lamberth congratulating her on trading California for Tennessee. A companion measure welcomed commentator Candace Owens.

Sevier Park anchors 12South's southern end. Sunnyside, the antebellum mansion at its center, still carries December 1864 Battle of Nashville marks and now houses the Metropolitan Historical Commission.
