Carrie Underwood's House

Carrie Underwood won season 4 of American Idol in 2005 and became one of country music's best-selling women, with hits like “Before He Cheats” and “Jesus, Take the Wheel.”

The 354 acres were raw and undeveloped in the foothills south of Nashville when Underwood and Fisher broke ground in 2011. They lived in a barn on the property until the house was finished.

That first 354-acre purchase cost about $3M when it closed in 2011.

They later added another 50 acres, rounding the estate out to roughly 400 acres total.

Fisher was traded from the Ottawa Senators to the Nashville Predators that same year, a move made so he could live near his wife.

A UTV parked by the garage caught fire one night in June 2024, and all 8 of Williamson County's fire stations responded before it was out. The main house was untouched.
