Jessica Alba's House (former)

Beverly Hills, CA

The Story

Jessica Alba broke out at 19 as Max Guevara on Dark Angel, then fronted Fantastic Four and Sin City. In 2011 she cofounded The Honest Company, the diaper and household brand that became her second career.

The county roll dates the house to 2005 and zones its 1.78-acre metes-and-bounds parcel LARE40, a City of Los Angeles estate designation. Beverly Hills is the mailing address only, which is what locals mean by the Post Office.

The sellers in January 2017 were Black Swan producer Mike Medavoy and his wife Irena. Alba was represented by her father, Mark Alba of Alba Realty, and by then she already owned 3 other houses in the neighborhood.

Alba and Cash Warren renovated for 18 months with Kathleen and Tommy Clements, designers Ellen DeGeneres introduced them to. The family room was opened to the kitchen, a bar came out, and a glass wall went across the back.

The finished house was the June 2019 Architectural Digest cover story, and Alba toured it on camera with Honor, Haven, and baby Hayes. Her brief to the designers: an old-world French house crossed with a modern Paris apartment.

Alba and Warren separated in December 2024 and put the house on the market that April. It closed on June 27, 2025, per Us Weekly, and the county reset the parcel’s base year to 2025 on the transfer.

Lisa Vanderpump’s Villa Rosa is next door. Asked on Watch What Happens Live in May 2019 whether she saw the animals, Alba said she heard them, and that her son was into the sound of the miniature ponies.
