Lisa Vanderpump's House

Lisa Vanderpump is the English restaurateur who anchored The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills from 2010 to 2019. Her West Hollywood restaurant SUR and its staff became Vanderpump Rules in 2013, which she still executive produces.

Oak Pass Road began as a bridle path for Beverly Hills Hotel guests and stayed one until the 1940s. It remains a private, gated easement that its owners pave and light themselves, inside Los Angeles city limits.

Los Angeles County lists the house as built in 2006 on a 1.5-acre canyon-view parcel carved from Section 2 of Township 1 South. It is zoned LARE40, City of Los Angeles, despite the Beverly Hills mailing address.

Vanderpump and Ken Todd bought the place in September 2011, a contemporary by Abramson Teiger Architects with a 2-story ebony-paneled library and a wine cellar built around a dining table. They named it Villa Rosa.

Abramson Teiger designed the house as a stark contemporary for an interior designer's own use, with steel windows and walnut floors. Vanderpump softened it: the forecourt became a fountain with a wooden bridge and a glass foyer.

The Beverly Park chateau they left behind caught fire during a 2012 remodel and became the gated community's first teardown, per The Hollywood Reporter. Villa Rosa debuted on Real Housewives' Season 3 premiere later that year.

Swans named Hanky and Panky live in the front pond, and miniature horses Diamonds and Rosé graze the hillside. Jessica Alba, a neighbor since 2017, has told Andy Cohen her son can hear the ponies from next door.

SUR, the West Hollywood restaurant whose servers became the Vanderpump Rules cast, is at 606 North Robertson Boulevard. Two sister spots, TomTom and Pump, went up for sale in March 2026.
