Where Does Taylor Swift Live? Her Homes From Nashville to Tribeca

Taylor Swift holds homes in four places that we could confirm in print, and she has not said which one she calls home. They are a penthouse and an estate in Nashville, the Samuel Goldwyn Estate in Beverly Hills, Holiday House in Watch Hill, Rhode Island, and the top of a loft building in Tribeca. As of October 2026 we found no sale of any of them in the press, and none in the city and county records for the Tribeca penthouse and the Beverly Hills estate, the records we could read.

She married Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, on July 3, 2026, her publicist confirmed to Reuters and to AFP. Where the couple will base themselves has been reported from unnamed sources, and we print none of it. The 2017 version of this page called the Nashville penthouse her primary residence. It gave no source for that, we could not find one, and it is gone.

The holding she has put the most into is in Tribeca. In 2014 she bought the top of a loft building from the director Peter Jackson, as two adjoining penthouses that Robb Report says were joined into one. Over the next four years she added a townhouse and a smaller apartment lower in her own building, and she had spent $47.7M there by 6sqft's count of the reported purchases in 2018. Tribeca: the penthouse and the deed record

The part of the story the coverage skipped is in the city's deed index. We checked it again in October 2026, and the last deed on the penthouse is her own, from March 2014. The one filing since is a 2025 amendment to the building's condominium declaration, the founding document that divides a building into separately owned apartments, and it carries no price and moves no ownership.

In September 2025 Tribeca Citizen looked into a report that she was selling and found no sale.

Nashville, where she bought first

Swift bought her first home in 2009, a penthouse at the top of a Midtown tower, mapped on her Nashville penthouse's page. Rolling Stone found in 2012 that it had been an ultramodern bachelor pad before she spent 18 months redoing it. The rest of that visit, and the Forest Hills estate she added in 2011, are in Taylor Swift's Nashville house.

Beverly Hills: the house Goldwyn built

In September 2015 she bought the house Samuel Goldwyn had built in 1934 to a design by Douglas Honnold. For decades the city's own surveyors could not get a look at it. The 1985 survey of historic buildings worked from published photographs because the house could not be seen from the street, and a 2004 resurvey gave up for the same reason, according to the city's Cultural Heritage Commission report. At her request the city council made it a local landmark in April 2017, by a unanimous vote.

The county's property-tax roll, read in October 2026, still carries the value set at her 2015 purchase. California resets that figure when a property sells or is rebuilt, and not for a transfer into a trust, so an unchanged one means no recorded sale. The house she sold in 2018, back on the market

Her first Los Angeles house came in 2011, the year after Speak Now, and what she paid depends on whom you ask. A 2011 Time headline said $3.55M, and Taste of Country said $3.97M in 2018. The deed that would settle it is kept at the county recorder's counter, which publishes no owner names online, and we have not read it.

The county's records answer two other questions the press has muddled. The first is the city. “Beverly Hills” is the house's mailing address, not its municipality: on the county's roll, both of its lots sit inside the City of Los Angeles. The second is the age. It is two buildings on two lots, a main house the assessor dates to 1941 and a guest cottage dated 1927, so the cottage is the older of the two by 14 years. When the house came back on the market in 2026, some reports dated it to 1927 and others to 1941. Both dates are right. They describe different buildings.

The 2017 version of this page also needs correcting. It called the place a Cape Cod, a label we could not confirm, and it counted the guest cottage's rooms as part of the main house. The Los Angeles Times called it a “country-vibe traditional,” and the county record counts each building's rooms separately, on its own lot.

She sold it privately in the spring of 2018 for $4M, without putting it on the open market, and the Los Angeles Times reported the sale that May. The values the county set on the two lots at that sale add up to $4.0M, the record agreeing with the newspaper's $4M, and the 2026 roll shows neither lot reset for a later sale.

At the end of September 2026 the owners who bought it from her put it up for sale at $7.995M, IBTimes and Business Today reported, and IBTimes says she wrote 1989 while living there. The county's numbers are on Swift's former Beverly Hills house.

Swift also sold a second, unmapped Beverly Hills house in 2018, by Page Six's count.

Watch Hill, the summer house

The Rhode Island house is Holiday House in Watch Hill, a summer village in the town of Westerly. It was built around 1931, and Swift bought it through a trust in 2013, Boston.com reported. Rebekah Harkness owned it from 1948, and her story, which Swift turned into a song on folklore in 2020, is in where Taylor Swift lives in Rhode Island. The house itself is on Holiday House's profile.

The 2017 version of this page dated the house to 1930. The 1985 federal survey of the village says about 1931.

The West Village house she rented

The house people still connect with her in the West Village was never hers. She rented it in 2016 at about $40,000 a month, 6sqft reported, while the Tribeca penthouse was being renovated. City records date it to 1912, when it went up as a brick stable, and it became a one-family house between 2008 and 2011. Its owner sold it in February 2019, the city's deed record shows.
