Jennifer Lopez is a showstopping triple-threat who has been singing, dancing, and acting her way to the top for years. And let’s be real…is there anyone out there who doesn’t love JLo? Between her catchy songs, relatable roles in romantic comedies and her bodacious booty-shaking moves, Jennifer has been keeping us entertained for as long as we can remember. She has amassed quite an impressive resume over the years, and she has a lot to show for it. With posh properties all over the country, Jennifer Lopez house is something worth looking into.
Where Does Jennifer Lopez Live?
It’s no secret that Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck have been house shopping for their dream home in Los Angeles this year. Though one potential property fell through, it seems the couple may have finally found the home they were looking for.
The pair recently purchased a massive 38,000 square foot mega mansion in Beverly Hills that came with a $60.8 million price tag. More on JLo home below!
Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck House Beverly Hills (NEW)
After bailing on her escrow with several other lavish estates in California, it seems Ben & Jen have finally settled on their newest dream home – and it’s the definition of jaw-dropping. The couple paid $60.8 million (in cash!) for this massive 38,000 square foot Beverly Hills estate in May, 2023.
Described on the listing as “one of the most private and secured estates in Beverly Hills, 90210,” the property looks more like a mega mall than a residence.
The primary living room (yes, there’s way more than 1) features a bar and elegant fireplace as well as multiple glass-front doors that lead out onto the grounds.
The home’s primary formal dining room (again…there’s more than 1) boasts a beautiful tray ceiling, a tall fireplace, and beautiful dark herring bone-patterned floors.
The property sits on approx. 5 acres and features not only the mega mansion itself, but also a 5,000 sqft guest house, 2-bedroom guardhouse, caretaker house, and this massive fitness/sporting complex!
Calling it a “gym” doesn’t even do this place justice – it has pickleball, a basketball court, fitness room, sports lounge, bar, and a boxing ring!
Outside, Jen will have more than enough space for entertaining by way of an outdoor kitchen/bar, a lounge complete with a fireplace, and a huge swimming pool and sunbathing area.
Alex Rodriguez and Jennifer Lopez House Miami (Former)
In 2017, Architectural Digest released a jaw-dropping spread revealing Alex Rodriguez’s custom-built home. Little did we know, it’d be the hub of he and JLo’s COVID-19 quarantine.
He purchased the property in 2013 for $2.39 million and began construction on his dream home. The 11,877 square foot home is ultra-modern but still has its cozy vibes, which JLo has said is more her style.
As AD revealed, the home has an indoor basketball court, a massive theater, and some insanely impressive art. Per The Sun: Ralph Choeff, founding principal of Choeff Levy Fischman, the Miami architecture firm Rodriguez hired to build the house, calls its design “a combination of mid-century modern architecture and tropical materials including ipe wood, exposed concrete, and insulated glass.”
It’s been reported that the home cost him about $5 million to build.
Following their split, Jennifer Lopez no longer calls this estate home, though Alex Rodriguez still owns the property.
Jennifer Lopez Beverly Hills House (Current)
Not too far of a commute from Los Angeles, this house was perfect for Jennifer. Tucked away on a private and picturesque piece of property, the 14,000 square foot main house and two guest cottages sit on eight acres of land. The estate had been previously owned by actress Sela Ward and her husband Howard Sherman.
The couple purchased the property for $3.8 million and remodeled it with a French-country inspired theme. Once ready to sell, Ward and Sherman put the house on the market in 2016 for $39.995 million. Don’t worry, Jennifer Lopez somehow managed to snag this home for $28 million. Don’t you just love a good bargain?
Fully equipped with seven bedrooms, thirteen bathrooms and ten fireplaces, this home is anything but modest. Designed in 1940 by well-known architect Samuel Marx, the home boasts an open layout, high ceilings with exposed beams and full-length windows to show off scenic garden views.
The lavish kitchen showcases an elongated center island and skylights. Jennifer’s massive abode also includes a 30 seat screening room, massage room and a fully stocked liquor cabinet hidden behind antique doors. Several rooms, including the master bedroom, lead to pristine outdoor patio spaces.
As if that wasn’t enough to make anyone green with envy, the outside of Jennifer’s Bel Air mansion features its own set of lavish amenities. The backyard is more like a vacation destination with ample outdoor dining areas, cabanas, a tiki bar, a miniature golf course (for the kids, naturally) and a spacious infinity pool perfect for a midday swim. The property even boasts an outdoor amphitheater that seats 100!
As of 2023, JLo is currently trying to offload this home for $42.2 million.

Jennifer Lopez Alex Rodriguez House Encino (Current)
In June 2020, our pals at Dirt.com reported that the former couple has purchased ANOTHER home together. But with a bit more digging, it appears JLO purchased this pad all on her own, and it’s not what you expect.
As Dirt.com suggested, this $1,365 million, 2,202 square foot home is much more modest than those the couple purchased in the past, but that’s because it wasn’t meant for them. In reality, the residence plays host not to Lopez herself, but her father, David Lopez! It seems if the couple did buy the residence, it was as a gift for Jennifer’s dad.
Jennifer Lopez Malibu House (Former)
Not does Jennifer Lopez play it smart in the entertainment industry, she also knows a thing or two about buying prime pieces of real estate. In early 2019, Lopez and former Yankees shortstop Alex Rodriguez purchased a beautiful beachfront property located in Malibu.
The then-couple scored the three-story home for $6.6 million and let’s just say…it was a good investment. The prestigious pad had been previously owned by “Entourage” actor Jeremy Piven, who acquired the property in 2004 for $3.5 million. Piven dished out $1.5 million on Southeast Asian-inspired renovations to ensure the space was anything but ordinary.
Originally constructed in 1949, the Malibu house boasts an updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a white interior throughout. Listed for a hefty $10.5 million in 2017, the beachy swelling dropped in price by the time Jennifer Lopez added it to her real estate collection.
Comprised of 4,400 square feet of living space sitting atop the sandy shore, the home features three beds, three baths and a whole boatload of amenities. With an in-house sauna, soaking tub, steam shower, why would anyone ever want to leave?
If the spa really isn’t your thing you could always relax in the screening room, play a few rounds of pool in the game room or perhaps find your inner namaste in Jennifer’s personal yoga space. Did we mention the master suite comes equipped with an oceanfront balcony? Why would you expect anything less?
Most people would be happy to have a house by the beach in sunny California, but Jennifer Lopez is always wanting more. She almost enlisted the help of famed interior designer Joanna Gaines to help spruce up her Malibu mansion, but would decide against it for unknown reasons. In 2020, Lopez offloaded the home for $6.7 million.
Jennifer Lopez House Hamptons (Current)
Purchased in May 2013 for $7,195,000 while she was dating dancer Casper Smart, Jennifer Lopez Hamptons house is her “dream home.” The 8,500 square foot home (including the pool house), which has 8 bedrooms and 7.5 bathrooms, sits on 3 acres of flawless land just steps from the water.
Listing photos show a cozy interior with a mix of contemporary elements and warm colors. It’s safe to say, though, that JLo redecorated.
No expense was spared in the custom-built home, as the listing states: Perfect summer retreat with every amenity including pool (heating available), pool house, theater, sauna, steam room, covered porches on 3 sublime park-like acres in an amazing location.
Jennifer Lopez Manhattan Apartments
Everybody knows that the cost of living in New York City is no joke, but Jennifer Lopez owns multiple properties in illustrious NYC neighborhoods. The New York native recently owned two Manhattan apartments, with one she attempted to offload in 2020 for $24.9 million.
Overlooking Madison Square Park, this pristine penthouse is what dreams are made of. The property was acquired by Jennifer in 2014 for $20.16 million. It has 6,540 spacious square feet spanning over two floors. Let’s not forget about the apartment’s four terraces that account for an additional 3,106 square feet.
4 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 powder rooms and an open floor plan are just some of what this property has to offer. Take the private elevator up to the penthouse to avoid nosy paparazzi or perhaps summon the 24-hour doorman to cater to your every need.

Jennifer and her former fiancée were also the owners of a palatial Park Ave property. This impressive luxury condo is located inside the tallest residential building in New York City. The couple purchased the property in 2018 for $15.3 million but put it back on the market less than a year later with the intention of finding a larger space for their blended family.
Apparently 4,003 square feet weren’t enough for JLo, A-Rod, and the four kids they have between them. The property sold for $17.5 million after five months on the market. Let’s get right into the details…
3 bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 4 terraces overlooking Central Park sure sounds nice, doesn’t it? Oak floors, tall ceilings, and floor to ceiling windows add to the appeal of this abode. The hot spot features a colossal joint kitchen and living room space as well as an in-house library for all the reading that Jennifer surely did in her spare time.
Of course, the apartment building itself also offers a wide range of amenities including an indoor swimming pool, gym, private restaurants, a movie theatre, and a performance venue.

Jennifer Lopez Miami House (Former)
While California and New York are usually where you can find Jennifer Lopez, she also owned a stunning waterfront property in Florida. Miami is the place to be when you’re rich and famous…and this house is nothing short of spectacular. Constructed in 1929, the elegant estate stands out with its European architecture and contemporary design.
Purchased by Lopez in 2002 for $9.5 million, the 12,153 square foot mansion sits on a 1.2-acre estate. The fully renovated property boasts an impressive master suite with a walk-in closet bigger than some people’s entire homes. With 7 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms and 200 feet of private waterfront it’s safe to say that this place is almost too good to be true. And we hadn’t even mentioned the giant media room, koi pond, wine cellar, 60-foot swimming pond, and spa yet!
With sandy beach views surrounded by palm trees and Miami vibes, the outdoor portion of the property is just as good as what’s inside. The courtyard features a stone deck, cabanas and an outdoor kitchen for entertaining guests. There’s even a large dock with room for boats just in case you need a day trip on the Biscayne Bay. Another added perk of this estate is that its secluded location gives celebs the peace and privacy they often crave.
It’s no wonder that once Jennifer put it on the market in 2005, just three years after buying it, healthcare entrepreneur Mark Gainor scooped it up for $13.9 million. Mark listed it a year and a half after buying it for a staggering $29 million. It was on and off the market for years, and by 2015 there were no takers for it’s $40 million listing price. That is until June 2015 when none other than music icon Phil Collins dropped $33 million on it!
Jennifer Lopez House Hidden Hills (Former)
This amazing California mansion was purchased by Lopez while married to Marc Anthony. The purchase was finalized in 2010 and Lopez paid $8.2 million for the mansion. Jennifer put this property on the market in January of 2015 for a whopping $17.5 million. It was on and off the market for two years before she finally accepted an offer for $10 million in March 2017.
While the selling price is $7.5 million less than the first asking price, she was still able to manage a profit on the sale knowing that she had purchased the property for only $8.2 million.
The location of this house alone was a pretty special selling point – it’s in the exclusive gated community on Hidden Hills. The mansion actually consisted of 2 different buildings that were linked to each other with a bridge. One portion of the property was designed solely as a living area, whereas the other was all about entertainment.
Combining the two portions of the house brought the total square footage to just over 17,000 square feet. The house has 9-bedrooms for comfortable sleeping and 12-bathrooms for easy pottying just around any corner.

Alex Rodriguez House (Former)
Jennifer’s net worth and high-end real estate collection was impressive on its own, but when she was paired up with former New York Yankees player, Alex Rodriguez, their conjoined assets were somewhat of a spectacle. Take A-Rod’s Hollywood Hills home for example. He sold the property for $4.4 million after initially purchasing it from actress Meryl Streep in 2014 for $4.8 million.
Referred to as the “Honnold & Rex Research House,” the home was built for an architectural research program in 1954. This house, like several others constructed at that time, was used for architects to test out new design methods and materials. Concrete, wood, and glass make for a unique exterior look.
The kitchen and dining spaces are spacious while the living room area features large windows to let in ample natural light. This Hollywood Hills home has 3,700 square feet of living space that includes four beds and four baths. The bedrooms are perched on the second floor, with the master suite containing a soaking tub and steam shower for extra relaxation.
The outdoor courtyard displays a fancy fountain and a pebble garden. Initially remodeled in the 1980s, this place has been well cared for over the years to keep it looking good as new.
